In 2015

our race has been chosen to host the

Leukemia/Lymphoma Society's

Cool stuff written about our race
"The flattest and fastest course in the region"
"A perfect course for first timers or a personal best time"

"This small town race puts most big city races to shame."
750 participant cap for 2015!!
This will be both a Sprint and Intermediat distance triathlon as well as a Sprint and Intermediate distance Duathlon.  2015 will be our second year host an Aquabike race.
The Jefferson Lake Recreation area is the staging site for this event.  It has plenty of parking and easy access to the transition area for athletes and spectators.  This venue truly is one of the greatest areas for spectators to watch their athlete.
If the weather forecast is for a high of less than 80 degrees the Olympic Triathlon will start at 7:00 and the Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon will start at 8:00.  If the forecast is for higher than 80 degrees the Olympic Triathlon start will still be at 7:00 but the Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon starts will be at 7:30.

We have a dedicated facebook page for this event.  It provides daily motivational quotes, information and offers contests for free stuff.

You can access the page at:

Duathlon - Triathlon at Rigby Lake

Like the page and you will receive our daily motivational quotes, periodic updates, and ongoing contests for free gear.  Everybody likes free stuff!

PLEASE NOTE: Registrations received after June 25 will not be guaranteed an event shirt or finsiher's medal.  These items must be ordered well in advance of the event and though we do the best we can to guess how many additonal individuals will register we may run short.

If you have friends that may be planning to participate please let them know that to register soon as the rates increase in a week.

We are looking forward to this 8th running of the event and are excited you are joining us!

Let us know if you have any other questions.
