Cool stuff written about our race

"The flattest and fastest course in the region"
and
"A perfect course for first timers or a personal best time"

This will be both a Sprint and Intermediate (Olympic) distance triathlon as well as a Sprint and Intermediate (Olympic) distance Duathlon.  2018 will be our fifth year hosting an Aquabike race.
The Jefferson Lake Recreation area is the staging site for this event.  It has plenty of parking and easy access to the transition area for athletes and spectators.  This venue truly is one of the greatest areas for spectators to watch their athlete.
START TIMES
Olympic Triathlon will start at 7:30 and the Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon will start at 8:30.  If the forecast is for higher than 85 degrees the Olympic Triathlon start will still be at 7:00 but the Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon starts will be at 8:00. Athletes will be notified of early start option at packet pick up if necessary.
